Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 777dt account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identity details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 777dt employs technical and analytical measures to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, 777dt reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein, with or without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 777dt account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login details to any third party, share account access, or permit any other individual to use your account. 777dt strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts. All activity conducted under your account is deemed to be your activity, and 777dt bears no liability for losses attributable to your failure to secure your account credentials.
777dt may require account holders to complete KYC verification at any time, including but not limited to: prior to processing the first withdrawal; where account activity triggers automated fraud or money laundering alerts; or at random as part of standard compliance procedures. KYC documentation typically includes a clear photograph of your CNIC, and in some cases a selfie holding the document. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 777dt will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality and may result in account closure.
All 777dt accounts are operated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, bets, and winnings are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to standard transactions through 777dt's supported Pakistani payment channels.

Bonus funds credited to a 777dt account are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum number of times the bonus (and in some cases, the deposit) must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Specific wagering multipliers, eligible games, game contribution percentages, and time limits are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Until wagering requirements are fully met, Bonus Balance is not withdrawable and is not part of your Real Money Balance.

777dt does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party infrastructure issues, or force majeure events may result in temporary service unavailability. 777dt will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance. 777dt is not liable for losses arising from temporary platform unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777dt excludes all liability for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, or any financial loss beyond the Real Money Balance held in your verified 777dt account at the time of any incident giving rise to a claim.
Gambling involves the risk of losing money. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of your deposited funds. 777dt is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through normal use of the platform. It is your responsibility to gamble responsibly, within your financial means, and in accordance with the responsible gaming tools available through your 777dt account.

777dt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time, without prior notice, where: (a) the account holder is reasonably suspected of breaching this Agreement; (b) suspicious financial activity is identified; (c) the account is the subject of an active regulatory or law enforcement inquiry; (d) KYC documentation has not been provided within the specified timeframe; or (e) any other circumstance arises that 777dt in its reasonable discretion considers grounds for action.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 777dt's live chat support team. Following closure, the verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Balance that has not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be designated as dormant. 777dt will provide prior notice before applying any dormancy administration fee to the account balance, in accordance with applicable licence requirements. In the event of any dispute between a player and 777dt regarding account activity, bet settlement, game outcomes, or any other matter, the player should in the first instance contact 777dt's 24/7 live chat support team. The majority of disputes are resolved informally at this stage. 777dt's support team will investigate and respond with a reasoned resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
Where informal resolution through live chat does not result in a satisfactory outcome, players may submit a formal written complaint to 777dt via the email address published on the official 777dt contact documentation. Formal complaints will be acknowledged within 5 business days and responded to substantively within 14 business days. 777dt's written response to a formal complaint will be its final position on the matter at the internal level.
Players who remain unsatisfied following 777dt's final internal response may escalate their complaint to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under 777dt's international gaming licence. Details of the designated Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider are available on request from 777dt's support team. Escalation to external ADR does not affect any legal rights the player may have.
The collection, storage, processing, and use of personal data by 777dt is governed by the 777dt Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available in full on the Privacy Policy page. By registering a 777dt account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Key data processing activities include: account administration; KYC and identity verification; fraud and AML screening; service communications; and marketing communications (where separately consented to). You may request a copy of your personal data held by 777dt, or request correction of inaccurate data, by contacting 777dt support.
777dt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material amendment is made, 777dt will provide advance notice via the email address registered on your account and/or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of each version of the Terms is stated at the top of this document. Continued use of the 777dt platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amended version of the Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform before the effective date of the amendment.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777dt's international gaming licence is issued. The parties agree that the courts of that jurisdiction shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. Nothing in this clause limits 777dt's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is available. Players accessing 777dt from Pakistan do so subject to these governing law provisions and acknowledge that Pakistani domestic law may not govern all aspects of this Agreement.
